The First of Many

2. read one book per month ( I read some of my book)

5. make less judgements 

6. eat a healthier diet

7. lose 21lbs by my XXI (I cannot believe I am posting my weight on the internet but maybe it will make me own up to my goals. Before Nantucket: 219lbs. After Nantucket: 204lbs. Today: 202lbs.

8. drink at least 6 8oz glasses of water per day

10. write in my journal and on my blog at least 3 days a week

11. tell myself I'm beautiful everyday (I stared at myself for a good 20 minutes and tried to find things in myself that were beautiful. It didn't go well but I'll get better at it.)


12. make my bed everyday


18. say yes to more opportunities you wouldn't typically say yes to. (I went to a 'gathering' even though I really felt like crap and it turned out, I'm glad I went.)

19. kiss more people on the cheek more frequently (kissed a few people on the cheek, including people I just met)

20. be more clear and open about my emotions (told someone how I felt and decided crying never solved anything).
