2. read one book per month read for about half an hour. making good progress in the book I've been on for about 6 months.
3. laugh more often trying to enjoy more things and laugh a lot more often
6. eat a healthier diet eating a lot of veggies and salad
8. drink at least 6 8oz glasses of water per day I drank a shit-ton (I don't know how much that is) of H2O this week!
10. write in my journal and on my blog at least 3 days a week wrote in my journal today. it felt really good
12. make my bed everyday
16. listen more I listened to a few people I didn't know talk about things I didn't particularly care about but after I listened to them and interacted with them, even though I wasn't really into it, I felt better about myself.
18. say yes to more opportunities you wouldn't typically say yes to I have learned and exercised both this (number 18) and a new 18a that is: say no to things when you really want to.
19. kiss more people on the cheek more frequently
20. be more clear and open about my emotions

I'm still not doing as well with these things as I'd like to be doing but I can live with the slow progress.
