5. make less judgements It's easier to make less judgments in England because everyone is so different, it's okay to not fit in. 
6. eat a healthier diet weirder: yes. Healthier: maybe.
7. lose 21lbs by my XXI working on it. been to the gym a few times and tried out for a sport.
8. drink at least 6 8oz glasses of water per day I'm drinking so much water and orange juice, it's insane.
9. swim/bike/bike/hike/exercise at least 3 days per week swam 2 times this week.
10. write in my journal and on my blog at least 3 days a week I write in my journal almost everyday. Mostly because it keeps me close to my thoughts. 
11. tell myself I'm beautiful everyday I wrote it on my mirror in hopes that if I saw it everyday I'd start to believe it. I don't know if it's working. 
12. make my bed everyday 
13. try a new substance (a food, a beverage, a fruit, etc) every other day hard not to when everything is weird and different. Sunny side up is gross. custard is NOT frozen and fruits are in everything.
15. go see 3 movies in theaters per month Drive, Crazy, Stupid, Love., The Change Up, The Inbetweeners, Abduction.
16. listen more again, it's hard not to when you have to focus on understanding what people are saying to you.
18. say yes to more opportunities you wouldn't typically say yes to well I don't typically drink but...
19. kiss more people on the cheek more frequently my neighbor is a frenchman. 'Nough said.
20. be more clear and open about my emotions Doing my best. I'm also trying to let more things roll off my shoulders. Little fights and arguments aren't worth having. Life is too short.
