10. write in my journal and on my blog at least 3 days a week I have written more the last week than I did all summer long. It's most definitely therapeutic and sometimes, it is the only thing that makes any sense to me.
11. tell myself I'm beautiful everyday
12. make my bed everyday
13. try a new substance (a food, a beverage, a fruit, etc) every other day I am in England. I have tried new things: beer, "cider," eggs sunny side up (gross), etc
15. go see 3 movies in theaters per month saw "The Change Up" and laughed out loud quite a bit. I'll probably see it again in the next week.
16. listen more
17. focus on "cutting the potatoes"
18. say yes to more opportunities you wouldn't typically say yes to Anyone who knows me knows that I DO NOT go out and I DO NOT enjoy drinking. I have done both more than I have ever done so before and though at times I really didn't want to, it hasn't been half bad yet.
19. kiss more people on the cheek more frequently men from France at Uni. 'Nough said.
20. be more clear and open about my emotions
